INDIA MALABAR
From the Indian state of Kerala, located on the Malabar coast (Arabian Sea) of south-west India, comes the India (Monsooned) Malabar that thanks its name from the monsoon winds to which the coffee plants (and berries) are exposed. This very humid environment will cause the berries to swell. This process gives this coffee a mild but full flavour with a low acidity. One of the characteristics is that the beans have a light yellowish colour before being roasted. A coffee with a typical, earthy taste and a caramel after-taste.
